A tablespoon or two of lemon juice (Minute Maid from the freezer section at the grocer works fine) in a 12 ounces, thereabouts, of hot water. Don't make it too hot to more or less drink right away. Use a straw because the acid will go after the enamel on your teeth and immediately brush. It has a cleansing effect on the the liver and bile duct and can amazingly change your mornings.
