Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, I am not new to the group, just new at posting.(Kind of shy about writing anything.) I am grateful for all the advise that is given here and hope that someone can help me with this.(I am 29 years old and live in south Georgia.) For several nights in a row I have had to get up at 5:00 am because I am in tremendous pain. My left arm and hand all the way up to my shoulder will seem asleep and painfully throbbing real fast. I have to get up and message and shake my arm because it is unbearable! It lasts 20 or 30 minutes. At first I thought I had slept on it wrong, but after it has repeated over and over, I feel like it may be more than that. It doesn't happen during the day or any other time at night so far other than 5:00 am.(?) Does anyone else experience this? Can anyone tell me what it is about? Thanks for your time.
