(just a bit of yellowing with a purple trim now...) I learned about arnica when i was a dancer in college... lots of bruises from tumbling on the floor... the dance teacher at the time half-jokingly said it was known as the "battered woman's secret" not that that is something to joke about, but i guess that it is something victims of domestic violence use to make the bruises heal faster too... =( i am not feeling any muscular pain anymore, but now have a weird "crunchy" feeling in my spine... even just long deep breathing seems to cause my spine to crackle... its not painful, it actually feels good when it does... but it just seems to do it alot. i havent tried any intense movements of my spine (full spinal flex) but i do slow stretches for now.... i had an accupuncture treatment last night which really helped to release it... i have also been using the aad guray namey... chant (aka Diving Chant... hehe;) ) and that's been SUCH a help... i feel the shift in energy almost immediately and i have actually *predicted* a few times when another driver was going to do a dangerous maneuver BEFORE they were even doing anything remotely wrong...!! my mother was with me one time this happened and she was shocked! haha...! thanks all for your input... much appreciated and so helpful.... as always...
