Guest guest
Hey, Thanks for all your help. This morning I woke up at 4:30 and did my meditation. No pain or numbness came. I did have a realization that I must stop with all my procrastinating. A feeling that I am moving into a new phase of my life, changing. "Focus".... Our destiny is to be happy! Putting things off wont get me there. I must turn over a new leaf. As for my health. No, I've never been to an acupuncturist. The closest one around here is an hour away. There aren't even any Yoga classes of any type around here either. Which makes it SUPER hard to stay motivated. You are my only group support. I am 29 years old, 5'2" and 140 lbs, (I hope that is not to much extra weight) Do not smoke or drink or have high blood pressure. No dizzyness or shortness of breath. I am a mother of 2 young children (8 & 5yrs )so Im not sitting around very much. I consider myself to be pretty healthy. I would go to an acupuncturist though if I have any more painful mornings. I am very interested in what Melanie said about a 'stuck Qi'. I am a firm believer that our biography IS our biology so Im usually not sick without a quick cure-Think "being WELL!!!!" Usually when I have neck or shoulder pain I know that in reality I am faced with a problem of moving myself forward in a particular direction whether it be physically or mentally. I think all this pressure in my left (heart) arm means I am putting pressure on myself by not grasping my spirituality now, my physical body and mind are keeping my soul & heart here in this state of pain and pressure, it is certainly time to move forward. Sat nam, love, light and many thank you's Miesha from GA May the Creator send a warm gentle wind to your lodge tonight bringing peace and good health. Guest guest
hi, The stuck qi could very well be a procrastination. I didn't want to mention that cause I don't know you but emotions along with how one feels towards life effects every aspect of our beings right down to the good ole physical. I am glad your realization was there for you as it seems that is what keeps us going in the right direction.any stuck qi can create sickness, pain, or numbness in the body, any emotion can manifest in our body especially if it is not let go of. I have had a chronic tonsilitis for over a year which made me really sick, not wanting to speak out and communicate with others and my throat chakra of course was blocked along with it. the healing had to come from me this time. once I realized what it was from (repressed emotions) things have begun to open up for me to help it heal. the medicine I am taking is working this time(it didn't before) and I also decided to try a new remedy, now a week and a half later I feel like my throat is so opened that i have a big hole in it.(My Chakra finalely freed!)I see it as a big hole with delicate light sparkling orb but with black flakes still integrated throughout it because of the long term sickness there. I am also going to be doing the exersize for anger from yogi bajans website. I seldom feel anger but it is now being released from my chakra and I have to controlingly let it go. I wish you well on your way from 'unstuck qi'. as you well know we are having to integrate alot of higher vibrations into our beings as we move through these next 11 years. we will all have the tendency to get stuck qi and we all have to learn to atune to the higher frequencies that have been increasing lately.wow, what an opportunity for us all. peace, melanie On Fri, 07 September 2001, MieshaLarkins wrote: > Hey, > Thanks for all your help.
