Thanks for the Braggs tip, I've had never heard of it,

I got it aready, and it's always much better that

comes from a natural source.

 

I was reading also that Spirulina it's a very good

natural source of amino acid supplementation for

vegetarians.

 

I started being vegetarian for less than a year, and

I've been concerned about getting a good cell

nutrition.
