I know how you feel. We need to remember that hate breeds more hate. I feel

great sadness and pain. I am in a meditative mode and will be until this

dissipates and we can see more clearly. I pray people keep their heads and

do not take out vengeance on more innocent people.

Maybe we can use this meditation to heal ourselves to for we all are

going to be affected. I have to admit that I have hate in my heart at

this moment. As a human being I feel sorry for the people who did this,

but as an American I am outraged and I want justice. I pray that I can

remove this feeling from my heart for I don not like it. The only mantra

that comes to my mind is PEACE. I pray that we do not go to war. May the

world find true and ever-lasting PEACE!!

Years ago my teacher chanted the Healthy, Happy, Holy meditation and included an

equal time of Life to All, Love to All, Peace of All with a continuation of the

breath pattern and chant.

 

Inhale

Suspend breath

Mentally chant "Healthy am I, Happy am I, Holy am I"/Life to All, Love to All,

Peace to All.

Chant out loud. "Healthy am I, Happy am I, Holy am I"/Life to All, Love to All,

Peace to All.

Repeat
