Dear Gururattan, (referring to the meditation you sent today)

I have a question on the mudra-----

I cannot understand how to " clasp my hands with the right over the left and

the top of the right hand facing up" I keep trying different positioning but

I am missing something---I am sure it is simple...is there a different way

that you can phrase it so I can make sure to do it properly?

thank you,

michelle

I think it means that the right hand is on top facing up, not the palm

facing up. I believe it is called bear grip. I could be wrong, but that is

my interpretation.
