Sat Nam,

I highly recommend any of the Yogi tea blends for

ailments and preventative medicine. I started using

Yogi tea blends long before I ever heard of Yogi

Bhajan. I have heavy allergies and when the first

symptoms of a respiratory infection start to creep up

I drink the Breathe Deep Formula. Before I was using

Breathe Deep I made several trips a year to the Doctor

for bronchitis, and upper respiratory infections. I

have never had to go to the Doctor for Antibiotics

since using Breathe Deep. We also drink a lot of Cold

Season Tea during the Winter to ward off influenza.

For menstral problems try Womens Moon Cycle Tea. It

has a wonderful carob taste to it and will also

satisfy your chocolate cravings that is so common for

women.

My apologies, as I am new to the list, but where would one find the recipes

referenced?

I also would like to thank all who have been giving words of wisdom encouraging

forgiveness and peaceful thoughts in this time of anger and the

fear of unknowing.

I hope that the general tit for tat mentality that beleaguers the United States

will not prevail in this situation. Although I am not a

"Religious" person, I do feel that I am very spiritual in that I speak w/ my God

daily. Usually asking why, sometimes asking how, but always

thanking for all that I have and have access to.

I now include this group in my list of thank you's as I was introduced to the

world of KY from my waiter at an eatery here in Seattle. I have yet

to find a class or instructor as I am still finding out about the concept,

mainly from this group but I value the general atmosphere of acceptance

of all forms of praising your personal higher powers and the overwhelming sense

of Love and Wellbeing for all.

Thank you again for being there and any advice or suggestions of classes in my

area would be greatly appreciated.
