Dear Friends,

 

I got this in a letter from Ravi Singh from New York:

 

"It's obviously been an insane week. Everyone here is numb. The worst in

human nature has brought out the best."

 

I relate to what Dharam Singh wrote.

 

In the midst of all the emotions, there is an energy that unites us all. I

do my best to keep this energy in my consciousness. When I feel my emotions

purely as energy they bring a vital substance to my presence and awareness.

 

I mediate as Maria mentioned, keeping the world in my heart. I like the

idea of bring it deeper.
