Right on teresa! I'd like to suggest that being stuck in the intellect, arguing,

discussing more than is needed is holding us back from keeping an unaltered

state of mind, inner Silence. I think there is a law in the Tao called the law

of economy, using the mind for things that are spiritually necessary instead of

letting it wonder off in the temporary plane.

Teresa may I ask where you are from? just curious )
