Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have studied, practiced and taught both kundalini yoga and chi gong. They are not the same. There is a domain of similarity - visualize two circles partially interlapping if you will, but the frequency seems entirely different. I have also noticed that people who have never practiced kundalini yoga say all kinds of things about it, often from a confused or non-intuitive point of view. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I think that breath of fire and pranayama generate chi. The locks generate the kundalini. And they work together. Pieter could give the best explanation of how they work together. He sent an email on that recently. I agree with Seva Simram. There are so many people who have an opinion who have never practiced KY. Peace, Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
