Guest guest
I have a friend who has experienced some trauma to her body and mind by practicing a different form of yoga meditation. She has since quit meditating because it has frightened her. I feel that light, sound and vibration are what we want to experience when we meditate. I really love kundalini yoga, Leaf, The brighter your light begins to shine, the more you will see that negative distractions will be drawn to you from everywhere-to try and lead you away from enlightenment. My late grandmother said: "it will be like moths attracted to a flame at night...the brighter you are the more they will be drawn to you." You are an instrument of Love!! Follow your own heart, not what other people feel to be the correct way. Your heart is all knowing and you can trust it. >you said "I really love Kundalini yoga" go with what you know and feel in your heart and you will never go wrong. Be a warrior of heart- believe in yourself. Sat Nam, Miesha
