Guest guest
How are you eating it?? Sometimes...sometimes if I eat garlic raw it will upset my stomach for a few minutes. Lately I have been having 2 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 TB of olive oil and 1 Tb of lemon juice blended thoroughly in a blender. This is a gentle long term liver cleanser. By the way if the liver is taxed and already full of toxins nothing including your immunity and digestion will function correctly. Yup, your bile instead of being alkaline becomes acidic, due to the toxins, and you wont be able to properly process your food. The bile ducts are in the duodenum, the upper part of the small intestine. If melanie is reading this I'd like her to elaborate on Liver chi and all that this implies.....it's BIG. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I work at a large wholistic health clinic and by far the most common general situation for people is liver heat. There are two inexpansive Chinese herb products that work better than anything I've seen: Shu Gan Wan,and: Long Dan Xie Gan Wan. You have to take them religiously for a while, but they really work for that condition. Seva Simran Melanie J.
