Guest guest
I apologize about the last email as it got cut off, so here is the complete letter. also, What Mark said sounds great along with trying to avoid or cutting back on what is causing the stomach upset to begin with so you can permanently heal. This adaptation to the higher frequencies of the Aquarian times directly effects our diet for sure making us oh so sensitive to certain foods. think of it as a 'God send' in that it helps us to assimilate these finer vibrations in our bodies. I have a hard time changing my diet as I want to hold on to the old ways of eating. I do eat organic now, only the good fats, protein, some fruits but will slack on the vegi's at times. this is when sickness hits me the most. Also, when I don't have my veggie's is when I slip back into my old eating habits. Guess we all have ways we need to adjust. I wish you well. Chama, thank you for your love and light and healing. I will try to soak it in as I go through my own struggles of adapting to the higher vibrations now upon all of us. You are so kind...... complete letter: garlic notifies the body, and has a warming effect upon it. onions have the same thing. the only relationship to a hurting your stomach more so than initially like Dharam said, would be that you are generating more heat than the body can handle in some way. I could be that you are eating too many spicy, hot foods, or too much garlic or onions themselves. As far as onion causing mucus; well...I had to think on this an came across article on the many causes of phlegm(mucus is one type of phlegm) and I thought of you. Too much HEAT is a generator of phlegm in the body. If indeed it stems from your diet then cut back on the above mentioned. If this is not the case, I will elaborate further in another email and the stagnation of liver qi,or qi in general. As for now, I hope this helps you. later, many blessings to you, Melanie
Guest guest
I have always had a lot of trouble about eating veggies and I hit on a method that works brilliantly for me. Every day I make a green drink in the blender with parsley, dandelion greens ( I get them in the health food store) as a base, and add other greens - cucumber, celery etc. Also a talespoon of graunular lecithin, which gives a lovely texture as well as being very good for your brain. I don't use a juicer because this way I get the whole food. My husband thinks it's disgusting, and calls it my green goo, but I don't care as it has made a huge difference to my nuntional status. Hope this helps, Avtar K. ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Juno offers FREE or PREMIUM Internet access for less! Join Juno today!
