Guest guest
Hi Melanie Thank you for your information regarding the physical reactions to garlic and onions. As I said I normally stay away from garlic and onions. However as an experiment last night I ate something with garlic in it, a moderate amount. It did not upset my stomach too much. However today I feel as though there is an inflated balloon on the right hand side of my body under my rib cage and am actually leaning to the left when I sit to aleviate it. You wrote in you last mail > I will elaborate further in another email and the stagnation of liver qi,or qi in general. Is is possible that there is a blockage in my liver and if so the garlic etc is working on the blockage and perhaps I just need to stick with the uncomfortable feeling to move it. More info would be a great help. Do you also have any info on the gallbladder. Has anyone got any recommendations on a short set for the liver or gallbladder?. Much love Ejaye
Guest guest
What is certainly cooling for the liver is celery juice. In general give some serious thought to Chinese medicine, both acupuncture and herbal as described by Seva Simran Singh (aka Mark Terrell). You will want to understand the mind body aspect of Liver chi, also. Additionally, sweating is real good for liver stagnation. How is your energy, in general? Guest guest
there could be a physical blockage or liver qi stagnation producing the heat causing pain. what type of pain is it? Sharp and in one area, or does it radiate and is dull, burning or what? and what is the severity? does it happen only after you eat and with those certain foods only? It is important to go see an acupuncturist or someone you feel comfortable with that can assess what is going on with you as a whole because it's really is not possible to get all information from you that is needed and to look at your shen ,skin tone, etc is also important. to check out your overall health. You could be cleansing too fast or allot of other things but when the body gives you pain it is a sign for attention and to not let it go. that something is not right.let us know how you do. If someone could mention an herb that could help for immediate relief of migraines could be of temporary help, if not I will look them up I just don't know herbs that well yet. please see someone about the pain, melanie
