Guest guest
Hi Everyone Feel like a total physical mess at the moment. I am now suffering from intense headaches. These headaches are like a migraine but without the vision stuff. No medication helps and it just feels like I have a red hot ember inside my head and this can last for up to 3 days. I feel like I cant do anything. Just this intense burning feeling. I am conscious of being with it of letting it go but the heat and pain are quite intense. I have practised Yoga for many years and always looked upon myself and fit and healthy however since I began doing Kundalini Yoga I feel as though I am turning into a complete physical nightmare with one thing after another. In fact I've never felt so sick constantly in my life. I'm sticking with it I know its just issues and stuff moving, stuff that is burried really deep. I m handling the issues stuff OK its just the physical healing that's taking the time and causing a little frustration so any help, advice or any healing vibes you could send would be grately appreciated. Am a single mum too with a little Indigo 3 year old, so as much help as you can muster please. Love Ejaye
Guest guest
When all else fails do Gurupranam. Start by sitting on your heals. Then bring your forehead to the floor with your palms together and extended in front of you. You can remain there for 31 minutes or more. Let the solution come to you. Let this posture speak. Just let calmness come to you. You can do this after a full yoga set, a meditation or some physical exercise. Tratik (gazing at the Tantric photo of Yogiji) meditation is also very powerful for deep resolution. Regardless, it's time to really relax and listen. Guest guest
Dear Ejaye and all. I'm sticking with it I know its just issues and stuff moving, stuff that is burried really deep. Be sure to relax enough and breathe. It is also the times. I met a friend yesterday who I practiced martial arts with for 3 years -- great guy, seemed like everything was perfect in his life. He said yesterday it was the worst time of his life. Everything that could go wrong was. I think we have to learn to love ourselves and slow down and relax during this time.
