Guest guest
Dearr Ravi Kaur, > . i.e. the fear is also the protector. > > Please would you say a little more on this profound statement. The purpose of fear is not so that we live in a constant state of trauma. The purpose of fear is to warn us that something is not right. If we befriend our fear, it will serve us by indicating circumstances that can be dangerous. In befriending our fear we get energy from it. Otherwise the energy is consumed in automatic preprogrammed responses. It recalls to mind a statement you make somewhere in one of your books about fear, sadness > and anger being the lions that guard the gate to the heart. This is from my book Your Life is In Your Chakras in discussing the solar plexus. It seems very> useful to find a way to transform the fear in this way; what would sadness > be if anger is action? Sadness is transformed into peace and then to bliss. We have to go deep to find it. It is all NONVERBAL energy. Our basic sadness is that we do not experience connection with the Divine, God, whatever we call it. It is sad to go through life preoccupied with our thoughts instead of basking in the bliss of the Infinite. This is one way we help participate in changing the mophogenetic field of the plant. As we shift our inner space to peace, we contribute to outer peace. It is suble, powerful and we can all participate. Dharam Singh sent an email today on another person's way of shifting the energy. I have sent some ideas in my lastest NMB newsletter that Gordon sent out today. I will have another KYTraining lesson soon with more ideas.
