Meditation to deal with fear - ?

Dear Gururattan:

 

¿Approx. how many seconds should it take to do each

part, inhale, hold, exhale and hold?

 

I tried to do it, but I found the 4 parts very long.

 

¿Does it help to do neck lock while holding the

breath?

You can adjust this to your breath capacity. At first you will be repeating

the mantra very fast to complete, afterwards your breath will slow down.

Try it and see. In general we hold a slight neck lock in meditation. I

like to pump my navel to keep the energy moving while holding the breath

out.
