Guest guest
Dear Gururattan: ¿Approx. how many seconds should it take to do each part, inhale, hold, exhale and hold? I tried to do it, but I found the 4 parts very long. ¿Does it help to do neck lock while holding the breath? Sat Nam! Guest guest
Dear Carlos, > ¿Approx. how many seconds should it take to do each > part, inhale, hold, exhale and hold? You can adjust this to your breath capacity. At first you will be repeating the mantra very fast to complete, afterwards your breath will slow down. > > I tried to do it, but I found the 4 parts very long. > > ¿Does it help to do neck lock while holding the > breath? Try it and see. In general we hold a slight neck lock in meditation. I like to pump my navel to keep the energy moving while holding the breath out.
