Guest guest
Dear Michelle and All, This question of weight and food. I used to be very preoccupied with food and weight even though I too am thin. About 10 years ago when my creativity opened up I got so engrossed in my writing that I lost interest in food. It was just no longer an obsession. I lost a lot of weight (that I didn't need to lose). I was just too happy writing. You might want to find something else that really excites you. Place your hands on your heart every night until you feel a shift. That is what I did. Maybe it will be transformative for you too. Right hand on heart. Left hand on top of right hand. For men can be the opposite if it feels better. Let me know your results. I love the feeling. It gets so warm and comforting.
