Many people are going through some pretty intense stuff right now and some of the members of this group are highly skilled healers. Just let everyone know that you are new and need help. Blessings, Marsha Feel like a total physical mess at the moment. I am now suffering from intense headaches. These headaches are like a migraine but without the vision stuff. No medication helps and it just feels like I have a red hot ember inside my head and this can last for up to 3 days. I feel like I cant do anything. Just this intense burning feeling. I am conscious of being with it of letting it go but the heat and pain are quite intense. I have practised Yoga for many years and always looked upon myself and fit and healthy however since I began doing Kundalini Yoga I feel as though I am turning into a complete physical nightmare with one thing after another. Many to most people of the list are Kundalini active and can offer advice and healings and experiences.. Go to: http://www.kundalini-gateway.org Then click on 'subscribing' (near the top). A blank email will come up. Type in the subject line at the top, and again in the body of the email (that is if you want to ). It is an actice list, but you can whenever you want. Does this help?
