Guest guest
Hi to All Thank you Dharam, for clarifying my thoughts for me. If everyone uses this mail as a basic guideline to posting then I don't see many problems arising. This list is not censored. However, there seems to be an increasing move towards anarchy - the "I want to say this so it must be ok" attitude. Another one that came to me recently was the presumption that the minority who post are the only ones who matter, and that the majority who to the list but don't post somehow don't count. As list owner I will take all steps necessary to keep the list on-topic. I will not condone posting of multiple address messages or Spam of any kind. I have realized that it is impossible to please all of the people all of the time, but as long as our r base remains at its present level - fluctuating between 800 and 850, then my actions are vindicated. Finally, if anyone disagrees with anything to do with list policy and wants to discuss it, it is clearly stated in the list FAQ that the way to do so is to mail me off-list, just as I will answer any such mail off-list. Hello All, so... I don't matter, I don't count... I would like o change that and I will start with an introduction. My name is Evalina Zamana. over 11 years ago I emigrated from Poland and right now I live in British Columbia in Canada (about 15 min north from Vancouver). I am a financial planner - I help my clients to create and protect their wealth. I'm very new to Kundalini Yoga. I think I joined this list last spring and I have learned a lot from all your postings. I also love the online training. Recently I came across video tape Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh from LIVINGarts, bought it and love it. Every morning I'm doing 11 min meditation and SA TA NA MA meditation (lesson 14) before I go to bed. I'm slowly taking one step at the time but already I've noticed that my life is changing. Before KY I was in some kind of chaos, I was depressed, I was standing before cross roads, seeing so many paths but unable to choose. Right now my lost enthusiasm is back, I can see more clearly where I'm going and what I should do to reach my goal. I'm happier. I'm looking forward to your postings, SAT NAM Evalina
Guest guest
Hi Evalina Glad to have you with us, and so pleased to learn how much you are gaining from your practice. Your post could be misleading to those who missed the original thread. I was paraphrasing the thoughts of one of our former rs who could not see the necessity for any kind of rules or discipline regarding posting to the list. Fortunately she would appear to be in a minority of one! Sat Nam!
