Guest guest Posted September 24, 2001 Report Share Posted September 24, 2001 Sat Nam, As a busy teaching schedule has once more begun for me I thought I would pass on a couple of points. If you want to get a benifit from kundalini yoga and meditation do something consistantly for a period of time. I have seen 11 minute meditations and 15 minute yoga kriyas completely alter people's lives when they do it everyday without fail. The difference between the health, consciousness, and attitude of those people and the people who worry about what to do, procrastinate what to do, or are too lazy to do anything is miraculous. It really is true that if you move, the whole universe will move with you. When you are stuck take a step. Keep up and you will be kept up. These may just sound like platitudes but I have reams and reams of lists of students that can attest to the reality of not taking this wisdom to heart, and a shorter list of students that have proven the benifit of taking this to heart, even if in a very small way. It is not how big your practice is; it is how committed your practice is. All else flows out of that. Especially your happiness.
