I have very vivid and disturbing dreams. Mostly about plane, helicopter crashes. And myself involved in a war or chaotic situation. I practice spinal flex and Kirtan Kyria in the morning. At night I do deep breathing, but that is about it before sleep. I was wondering if there was any set or meditation that would benefit me in sleeping a more deep sound sleep.
