Guest guest Posted September 27, 2001 Report Share Posted September 27, 2001 Hi to All Especially for the benefit of our more recent rs, I repeat once again the instruction regarding virus messages, real or otherwise - DO NOT send them to the list. All this does is cause unnecessary alarm to other rs. All that everyone needs to remember is that you will not get any virus-infected messages from Kundalini Yoga - we remove all attachments automatically from all mail sent to the list. This particular virus has been around for a long time, and every anti-virus software vendor has a fix for it. If your anti-virus definitions are kept up to date, then you have no worries about it . Remember, don't open attachments in any mail you receive unless it is a message you are expecting. Viruses can send mail to you from the addresses of your closest friends and confidants. If in any doubt, mail the sender to check on authenticity before opening. This is the best advice there is! Sat Nam!
