Guest guest
Thank you Samantha and Dharam for your response. I am doing the Kirtan Kriya that seems to help and will keep on keeping on along with allot of stretches in between my study sessions. Everybody is definitely greatly appreciated on this site. Since I don't know the terminology yet, is Sat Kryia any different from Kirtan Kriya Where you say, Sa-ta-na-ma? I got instructions from a website I looked up. This stimulates the kunalini. I think baby pose (works for excessive sexual energy temporarily), long deep abdominal breathing to cool and lower the energy might work. Also sitali breath. Guest guest
Hello all, I agree with Gururattan. In fact, in the early days, Sitali Pranayam was given as a specific antidote to kundalini energies that were too hot or over stimulated.
