I have all this joy, energy and it wells up inme and I have been getting not

only the sexual arousal which I can do without for now but also my forhead

has (burning not painthough)and funny sensations in forehead and head. I am

doing lots of deep breathing and stretches even when studying, but right now

I have computer work to do and can hardly look at the computer screen,

any suggestions please? though I am not totally knew to kundalini herself, I

am knew to the kundalini exercises, meditations, etc.

much love and light,

Sat Nam,

Melanie

Hi Melanie,

Do long, slow delicious yoga and do Kirtan Kriya afterwards.

Quick response,

Dharam

Thank you Samantha and Dharam for your response. I am doing the Kirtan

Kriya that seems to help and will keep on keeping on along with allot of

stretches in between my study sessions. Everybody is definitely greatly

appreciated on this site. Since I don't know the terminology yet, is Sat

Kryia any different from Kirtan Kriya Where you say, Sa-ta-na-ma? I got

instructions from a website I looked up.

Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam, Sat Nam,

All respects, Samantha, I don't think I would try Sat Kryia. This stimulates

the kunalini.

I think baby pose (works for excessive sexual energy temporarily), long deep

abdominal breathing to cool and lower the energy might work. Also sitali

breath.

Hello all,

I agree with Gururattan. In fact, in the early days, Sitali Pranayam was given

as a specific antidote to kundalini energies that were too hot or

over stimulated.
