Guest guest
Hi Miesha, I love that you love the cold water but do take the cautions to heart. They aren't randomly plucked out of a hat. Wearing shorts and actually keeping the cold water off the top of the head are two important points. It is a help to the nervous system to also massage yourself with a light oil such almond or sesame oil before your shower. Everything else you're doing is fine. What part of the country (or world) do you live in? Sat Nam, Dharam MieshaLarkins wrote: > OOOOPS, I never wear shorts when I take a cold shower.
