Hi Miesha,

I love that you love the cold water but do take the cautions to heart. They

aren't randomly plucked out of a hat. Wearing shorts and actually

keeping the cold water off the top of the head are two important points. It is a

help to the nervous system to also massage yourself with a light

oil such almond or sesame oil before your shower. Everything else you're doing

is fine. What part of the country (or world) do you live in?
