Guest guest
I have a bad back, or different back, compared to most. My pelvis bones is turned to the left slightly and my spine is shaped like a snake. I believe Yoga, and Pilates, have helped my condintion and posture. I also love the spirtual aspects of Kundalini Yoga. I was wondering if my spinal condition effects the way my Kundalini rises up my spine? In a strange way, I believe my Kundalini energy has always been released and flowing through my body, but Kundalini Yoga has made me more aware of the process and allows me to refine the process. I can honestly say, I have not felt many of the symptons others have reported to have felt when their Kundalini energy has been awakened. So, I'm not sure if my Kundalini energy has fuly awakened. Also, I have read that it is basically a chakra which opens, and chakras are not physical but inbetween the physical and spiritual being; kind of connectors... Anyone know the true answer to my question? I think the answer is no. >In a strange way, I believe my Kundalini energy has always been released and flowing through my body, but Kundalini Yoga has made me more aware of the process and allows me to refine the process. This is the ideal way for the Kundalini to awaken. You know, trust what you know. I can honestly say, I have not felt many of the symptons others have reported to have> felt when their Kundalini energy has been awakened. Many of us do not feel the intense symptoms. > So, I'm not sure if my Kundalini energy has fuly > awakened. Awakening is a slow process. And becoming conscious is a slow process. Also, I have read that it is basically a > chakra which opens, and chakras are not physical but > inbetween the physical and spiritual being; kind of > connectors... See how you answer your own questions. We all already know. So what you are doing is working. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
