Guest guest Posted October 7, 2001 Report Share Posted October 7, 2001 Sat Nam: First off, I'll thank you for answering my question about the lead sleeping thru morning Sadhana at class. I passed the info. on to one of my teachers. She knew this as well but didn't want to make waves at the center as the owner/teacher had not done anything concerning the issue. Well, in it's own way, both the owner/teacher & my other teacher spoke to the new girl & she now stays awake thru all of Sadhana. This came about before I received your reply.....hmmmm. I will never doubt the presence of energies at work for all of us. Thank,x again for your help. My Yoga classes began 14 mos. ago as my need was for my back. After having lumbar surgery the intense pain had never really gone away, weakness & depression followed me closely. To get to the point, after my "first" Yoga class I felt SO MUCH BETTER & more energy filled my being. So....I am a Yoga adict....hehe. Yoga must be practiced daily in my case. The "Heal Your Back" video by Niviar Singh Kalsa is what I use along with my 4 days a week classes. Two are volounteer student teaching classes. Yoga has improved my quality of life.
