Thanks sukumar Sukumar, As I was taught yoganidra, Yoga, of course, is Oneness, and nidra, sleep. I am new to this particular tradition, but again, as I was taught, as you allow your body to relax as you go to sleep, allow your mind to be quiet and your body to become totally still. If you hear the Inner Shabda, the Nada, the INNER SOUND, in WHATEVER way it begins to manifest, even as a high-pitched, high frequency sound, continue Listening as your body relaxes into sleep. The Shabda, Inner Sound will gradually captivate attention as it deepens and changes and becomes more and more complex musical sounds. The Key is to remain alert and conscious as the body relaxes into sleep. This really only seems to occur for me when my thoughts become STILL and my body is STILL (don't scratch that itch!). Allow absorption in the Inner Sound. This is how YogaNidra has successfully worked for me. Buddy Carl Pounds buddylbs Make a great connection at Personals.
