Guest guest
Dear Preeti, ..how can i use ky to get rid of my 'external' ego.... You don't get rid of it -- you expand you consciousness of who you are. I have just sent a Yogi Bhajan quote on this. Also you cultivate your internal identity. I have written on this in my lessons. Also Surrender to the Zone is a good lesson for reference. The following Brainwave meditation is a very powerful meditation to cultivate one's expanded identity and connect to the zone. It must be done 31 minutes to get the effect. Then you can relax into the space. The trick is to realize that the space is YOU. It is fabulous. I have been doing it for over 40 days and am now going for 90. I await testimonials of others who have practiced this meditation for 40 days. I know Sukhmani is on her way.
