Thank you for this info- I am wandering around constantly, searching in my dreams-through caves, hospitals, castles, hotels, cruise ships, amusement parks--basically anything you can get lost in with many corridors or rooms to search endlessly and never find or even know what it is I am even searching for. My husband has been doing the same type thing. It is hard to rest like this, searching. I going to try and stop wondering around and see if this works for me. Thank you for this info. Thanks everybody for all the help nfo I receive, I feel like I can't just write back plain thank you posts- (isn't that against a rule,) Anyway I do feel many thank yous-everytime I read this--even if its not posted on here everytime- 'Love -Guru Tera Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Guru Tera Kaur, I believe that a daily sadhana will help. Doing the basic breathe exercise may also help to stop the wondering. If you need to know the basic breathe exercise, let me know. Blessings, Samantha - > > Thank you for this info- I am wandering around constantly, searching in my > dreams-through caves, hospitals, castles, hotels, cruise ships, amusement > parks--basically anything you can get lost in with many corridors or rooms to > search endlessly and never find or even know what it is I am even searching > for. Guest guest
Hi to All A couple of points to raise from this post. Firstly, a very full description of KY pranayama or breathing techniques can be found on our Website - kundalini yogapranayam.html Secondly, Guru Tera Kaur is correct that we try to discourage plain "Thank You" messages on the list, as they don't contribute to discussion. However, there is nothing to stop anyone mailing the person concerned directly, off list, and expressing their thanks or anything else they wish to bring up. This would also include such things as off-topic replies. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Sat Nam, > I believe that a daily sadhana will help. Thank you Samantha. Daily sadhana is a requirment! Do something everyday! I know I have mentioned it before. Years ago Yogi Bhajan kept track of the people who came to him for help and advise. 90% did not do Sadhana. Most of those who did, obviously tuned into their own answers. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Dear All, > I believe that a daily sadhana will help. "I didn't say there would be no problems. I said you would get through them." Yogi Bhajan.
Guest guest
Dear Gordon/Samantha, I have gone through the link on pranayama but I could not follow it up fully. Can you please tell me what is the best way of pranayama, and what is the periodicity that we follow. Right now, I am doing pranayama using both nadis and exhaling/inhaling in some ratios (2;4 - Purnaka,Shunyaka) I want to know is there better and easier way of description of this for practising it.
