The magazine provides marvelous information on the yogic lifestyle--meditations, exercise sets, health tips, as well as stories of everyday experience in making yoga practice part of your life. There are also lectures by Yogi Bhajan and a column where questions can be addressed directly to him for answering. It comes out four times a year, and is an excellent resource. Also, I know a little about astrology and Aquarius is before Pisces and you have to go through Aquarius to reach Pisces. The Aquarian Age is the "New Age" of which some have talked so much in recent decades. It is an Age which is to be characterized by harmony and spiritual connection between humans and God. It is to begin, if I recall correctly, in 2012. We are in a "transition period" which has been predicted to be one of great turmoil around the planet.
