Please remember to edit all messages to which you are replying - only retain the parts that are of DIRECT RELEVANCE to your reply. Delete all other stuff, prior messages, old trailers etc. adds a trailer to every message automatically before sending it to the list, and one copy per message is enough. Unfettered posting access to this list should be regarded as a privilege. Those who are unable to comply with this simple request will find themselves placed back on moderated status, and their mail will only be forwarded once we are happy with its format. This also gives my staff a greatly increased workload - they are all volunteers who give freely of their time. Sat Nam!
