Guest guest
While meditating i had an amazing experience. I united with my divine self. I previously had the experience of seeing the glory of this but had kept it as an experience and something not truly available to me right here and now in the waking present. Wow have things changed for me. I never knew this was possible. It has been a week and I have to take a double take that this is not a dream I am experiencing. I now feel the presence and carry with me throughout the day and night my divine self. Things are changed in every single area of my life. I get up and do things I normally would not have done and I mean really would not have done! There is this contentment with it and I am aware it is my divine self. So many things I tried to do for years are now suddenly coming to me out of the blue. I mean miracles! I would never have thought and UNDERSTOOD that this was available to me during my life. I always carried with me a memory of before I was born and my spiritual life, even as a child I spoke of this. Somehow though I thought that divine spiritual self was not a part of me and accessible here and now and every waking and sleeping moment. I used to struggle with so many things now I know I do not have to struggle just allow my divine self to unite with me and keep this awareness. I have stopped questioning so many things. It is like my awareness to life has opened up. I move with the flow of the divine. It is so truly amazing. I hope if there is anyone struggling please know deep within is all the answers and more than everything you will ever need, a great abundance. Guest guest
Dear Sangeet Kaur, I lost your email midst all the mosquitos. Your experience is deeply moving and inspirational. The best part is that you can hold on to it and incorporate it into your daily life. This is a permanent shift. All your previous work has enabled you to do so. I would like to mention for everyone else and for Joe who mentioned that he is plodding away that we expereince everything from nausea to enlightenment in our practice. Everything is an experience to be experienced. Just keep going and cultivate your ability to be present to whatever is happening at the moment. Thanks for sharing and Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur AGain -- > While meditating i had an amazing experience. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I have always had great difficulty in meditating, but I am going to try again! One good way to learn to meditate is to seize the moments after each exercise to go inside and be with the sensations in your body. When the connection wears off go to the next exercise. Repeat, repeat, enjoy. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur
