Guest guest
Dear Lisa, > What I felt when (I think my kundalini rose) was a very pleasant shock wave run up my spine. Not once but 2x consecutively. Was this my kundalini rising, This is kundalini rising energy. It does not mean a complete rising when all the chakras are open. This is the type of energy and experience that the opening of the kundalini creates. It can happen many times and create various levels of opening. Guest guest
It's been said that LIFE will raise your Kundalini. Your sacrifice of your love interests left you with yourself...alone. No lover. No life partner.....and all of this after having been stirred. I know a little of what you are experiencing. In a sense you were all dressed up with no where to go. You made a noble decision at great personal cost and that energy had to go somewhere. You are blessed, although it may not feel like it. Do the Yoga to grow around this experience and fully process the emotions. It is hard to express my empathy Sat Nam, Dharam P.S. I like long letters and yours was not Lisa Lorenzon wrote: > Re: Kundalini Rising > > Sat Nam everyone. I have not written to the group before but I do enjoy > > reading all the info.
