Guest guest
Hello everyone: I have some questions about Kirtin-Kriya: When it says: "Visualize or feel each individual sound come in the crown chakra at the top of the head, down through the middle of the head and out to infinity through the third eye" ¿ is this the "L" in the head that has to be experienced during the whole meditation? --------------------- ¿Does it has to be experienced in each part of the mantra like; L on SA - L on TA - L on NA - L on MA, or just one "L" for each SA TA NA MA ? ¿ If it is one "L" for each part of the mantra, the visualization must be felt very fast? Guest guest
Pard me, but I still don't get it - What is the L in the Head??? Please elaborate, as it seems I'm quite stupid in that... Guest guest
It is Carlos' shorthand for "visualize or feel each individual sound come in the crown chakra at the top of the head, down through the the middle of the head and out to infinity through the third eye" so the question was should he do this visualization for each sound, and the answer was yes. Guest guest
If all that movement makes you car-sick, you can also just feel a luminous and continuous L channel and allow the flow through that, according to Gurucharan Singh css01fr wrote: > It is Carlos' shorthand for "visualize or feel each individual sound > come in the crown chakra at the top of the head, down through the the > middle of the head and out to infinity through the third eye" > > so the question was should he do this visualization for each sound, > and the answer was yes. > > Kundaliniyoga, "Ronen Atour-Gad Yehiav" <ryronen11@s...> > wrote: > > Pard me, but I still don't get it - What is the L in the Head??? > > Please elaborate, as it seems I'm quite stupid in that... > > Ronen. > > > > - > > "Gururattan K.Khalsa" <rattanak@c...> > > Re: Kirtin Kriya - question > > > > > > > > When it says: "Visualize or feel each individual sound > > > > come in the crown chakra at the top of the head, down > > > > through the middle of the head and out to infinity > > > > through the third eye" > > > > > > > > ¿ is this the "L" in the head that has to be > > > > experienced during the whole meditation? > > > > > > Yes. > > > > > > > --------------------- > > > > ¿Does it have to be experienced in each part of the > > > > mantra like; L on SA - L on TA - L on NA - L on MA, > > > Yes. > > > or > > > > just one "L" for each SA TA NA MA ? > > > > > > No > > > > > > > > ¿ If it is one "L" for each part of the mantra, the > > > > visualization must be felt very fast? > > > > > > Depends on how fast you do the chant. Guest guest
Sat Nam, You could consider it an invisible path used by the lesson from Cosmic Wisdom: The path begins above you're head, enters into the Bindu / 7th Chakra (energy center) then takes a turn at the Pineal gland to exit through you're Guru Chakra / third eye, to be again reabsorbed by you're whole body. The re absorption is another reason why some people keep their palms faced upward when meditating...
