Cross you hands over your navel and bring your forehead to the ground and the buttocks up to 60 degrees. Close the eyes, focus on sending energy to the pancreas. Long , slow deep breathing for three mins. Inhale deeply, hold for 10 secs exhale. Still in rock pose cross your hands over your solar plexus and lean back 60 degrees from the floor. Focus on sending energy to the pancres , with long , slow , deep breathing for three mins. Inhale deeply, hold 10 secs and then relax. One explanation I heard about teachers /healers with blood sugar problems is that in higher states of consciousness there is a tremendous strain on various areas of the brain, particularly the pituitary and pineal glands, creating a huge need for glucose to feed it. The human body is not designed for such a need and it causes imbalances. I have no ides if this is true, but I thought it was interesting and quite possible.
