Guest guest
Thanks Avtar, We've been told that after 10 hours of Tantric it is good to eat ginger parantha. The ginger helps the nerves and the wheat gives valuable carbohydrates for the brain. I am trying to understand diabetes. My mother, grandmother and uncle all have/had it. I get chinese herbs and acupuncture almost every week just for maintenance and prevention. I will play with the exercise you shared. Guest guest
Dear Dharman, I come from an incredibly strong history of diabetes too, and have already had gestational diabetes aand now hypoglycemia. Recently I heard that colostrum is very useful in correcting the condition and I began to take it on an empty stomach. Already I can feel the difference and it's only been two weeks. I also heard of a product that was put together from an old sanskrit recipe called Antibetic which controls blood sugar - 1-800-678-7860 if you want to look into it. love, Avtar ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
Great to hear that about colostrum. I have a bottle in my refrigerator. I'm due for a physical and all the tests that a 44 year old man should be doing. Among them will be a blood sugar test. Thanks, Dharam P.S. I get a sweet taste in my head, brain and mouth when I chant or do Japji. I've chalked it up to Ambrosia, Nectar all these years.
