Guest guest
Abandonment, the equivalent of the core problem in the individuation process towards the WHOLE/HOLOS of the Ego, feeling separated from the Soul because of lack of proper weaning and nurturing from parents. The transmutation of the Orphaned Ego, related of the Solar Plexus towards its vertical alignment within the sacred axis, thus accepting the divine sexual energy, conditioning the SELF values with its nectar so as to be able to taste the sweetness of unconditional love and compassion in the Heart Chakra, honouring the Divine in the Other, no other than the reflection of our own Godhood.... I bow to the Innumerous Teachers who have honoured me with the scent of their beautiful Souls, comforted me with the warmth in their words, helped me understand with their knowledge, consoled me with their darshans, and nurtured me with their love. Guest guest
One thing people in the West need to get over is this all too pervasive attitude that "what I do doesn't really really matter to anyone else". MAYA is losing sight of the fundamental unity. Thinking that we are not connected and that we get by through our individual efforts and grit....... that we have no responsibility to anyone but to whom we choose.....and to hell with everyone else. It's fear of intimacy, it's mother phobia and it's father phobia. When you have such souls as Rolling Thunder and Yogi Bhajan giving so much of themselves and getting relatively little in return and sometimes even outright slander or worse, this creates a pain that may not get resolved no matter how great a healer they are. In India (the Punjab, anyway) this is not so much the case. You acknowledge dozens of complete strangers everyday with your "Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh" That's a mouth full but it makes one stop, put one's palms together and BE for a few moments. When I was returning to the U.S. via Amsterdam, it hit me that I wouldn't be able to do that (well I could but....). At any rate, for a few months I was floating 3 feet above the ground. Our connections with one another can be so nourishing. And this nourishment cannot be replaced by seeking comfort in food which is where the problem is. Guest guest
Beautifully said. The need I feel is to tell Yogiji how much I appreciate his presence. We are mortal and vulnerable. A letter of gratitude is due.
