It is pretty rudimentary and you'll eventually want to buy some books. And to answer Louis' question about. The 2 is sexual energy, "longing to belong" and it can make or break you. Do we long for a spiritual connection or do we just long for any connection and maybe end up as a "biker chick". It [sexual energy] has the greatest power to either thoroughly ruin your life or to make you a sage. There are Banis (sacred prayers from the Siri Guru Granth) for the different bodies and meridians but to adjust the 2nd body, you read from the whole Guru. It is such a big energy. It's about your right to feel rightness in your life. When that is fully in effect in your aura and projection, BAM, you've got the excellence of the 11th body. There isn't a physical correlation I know of for the 11th body. There is nothing more sexually fullfilling and tonifying than reading from the Guru as part of an Akhand Path, but that's just my opinion.
