Guest guest
Sat Nam, I would like to thank the group and KY for making this wonderful information available. My name is Steven Rosen and I started the meditation and breathing exercises 30 days ago. I do feel a difference and I say the sa ta nam a and ong na mo guru dev na mo to my self frequently throughout the day.My questions are: If one were to elevate their legs (I have lymphedema in my right lower leg) and assume a reclinig during meditation would that lessen the benefit of quieting the mind? Secondly would listening to chanting in the background as some of the music you have available during meditation be ill advised? I have read of people not knowing how to time their meditations and certainly this would (if acceptable) be an easy method. Lastly I too would love to receive my name. Many thanks Steven
