Guest guest
Sat Nam I have been practicing KY for a while now. Physical in the mornings and meditation in evenings. Recently there has been a change in my experiences. To note a few: 1. When I lie down or just close my eyes, I feel intense vibrations all over my body on the inside. The more I focus on these vibrations the greater the intensity I experience. 2. During meditation I feel this same intense vibration with the additional effect of best described as floating. In the sense that I lose track of physical aspects like if I am sitting straight, I my neck/body is straight etc. It almost feels like my body is twisted and curled in the direction of the upward energy movement. 3. During my physical kriyas after a couple of minutes I don't feel the weight of my body. Sometimes it just happens that my physical sense of my body weight cause me to push myself at a certain force (spinal roll for example). But my body in so light that with the normal standard force I almost turn over. I don't know if the words I use justify what I experience. 4. I barely sleep. 4 hours at most. And that too not deep. I feel like I am in some dreamy realm neither awake nor asleep. My physical thought tells me that I have not slept and should be really tired and lazy, but I don't feel tired. My dialogue with my thoughts when I get up in the morning for practice has become more intense as a result of this. I succumbed a couple of times this week, but I am trying to win over these thoughts. I wanted to share this with all of you and with your help try to grasp what is going on. I know I am in total bliss, but at the same time a little confused with the increase in resistive thoughts. Looking forward to your guidance and inputs. These experiences correspond to the higher vibration of energy that you are creating. Do your best to stay present in your body so that you can integrate the higher frequencies in your cells. > 4. My dialogue with my thoughts when I get up in the morning for practice has become more intense as a result of this. I succumbed a couple of times this week, but I am trying to win over these thoughts. Allow the thoughts. Observe them. Don't get attached to them. They are just thoughts. Feel and listen to the higher frequency and get attached to that. Then the thoughts will seem less important and have less control over you until they have no control at all. > > I wanted to share this with all of you and with your help try to grasp what > is going on. I know I am in total bliss, but at the same time a little confused with the increase in resistive thoughts. Your mind is fighting giving up. It is just a game the mind plays. Attach yourself to your bliss and let your mind enjoy that. It is a fun game to play with your mind and it will end up loving this better than the fight to control old habits. Let us know when bliss wins! Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
