Guest guest
Sat Nam Jamakeah, Geographically (and spiritually), you are in a powerful place. Boston, Cambridge and an ashram (the spiritual community where a number of live) 40 minutes by car to the southwest. You just missed the Fall Yoga Festival. We had over 300 people out here last Saturday. We have many teachers, new and older, in this area including Gurucharan Singh (very skillful counselor, teacher and author), Hari Kaur ( a teacher's teacher and author to be and) to name just a couple. More going on than can be described with my typing skills. Feel free to call me anytime and I'll connect you, Dharam Singh 508 376-4635 or 617 277-3323 P.S. My first year of Kundalini awakening was pretty wild, too. I had to do a lot of emotional work. Always set your navel first thing in the morning. Work it until your breath is long, deep and calm. If your breath is shallow, your mind will be also and we know that the ocean is rough only at the surface jama barker wrote: > hello group! my name is jamakeah. i just signed on to the group yesterday! greetings! > i need some help / advice . . . anything > my kundalini woke up in january of this year, only i did not know what it was until yesterday! i have been through SOOOO much with my new-found energy . . . too much to say here, now. many, many experiences . . . but i am happy / feel extremely blessed to have answers coming now . . . there were times things got so rough, i wanted to die . . . but all is well now . . . praise God > if anyone has any advice for me, i would greatly appreciate anything b/c i am just a baby to all of this . . . > i am 21, a west african man (from Liberia) and i attend New york university. i am in my senior year as a theater major. i had to take a leave of absense from school for the semester b/c things were rough and people thought i was going crazy . . . > but i am home in boston now. i am looking for a teacher in my area or friends. if anyone has any references to where i could start my search, please help me. > i emailed yogi bhajan yesterday and hope to hear from him soon . . . > my experiences with my kundalini have been VERY VERY POWERFUL, so i need guidance as soon as possible . . . > thank you so much and blessings to all of you > wiith love and light, > jamakeah
