Hi,

For cooling fever and helping the liver to release harmful toxins Ravi

Sing-(on his video) suggests inhaling very slowly through an extended curled

tongue and keeping it curled and extended while you exhale slowly through the

nose.

This cooling breath helps to cool the body down and he says to reduce fever.

It helps to break down and release stored liver toxins. I can actually taste

a weird metallic taste from the toxins releasing on my tongue afterwards. Im

not sure what this exercise is called but if you want me to look on the tape

and find out for you I will. Hope you feel better soon.

Greetings,

I know this may come to you a bit late in the game but I just ran

across the information. I believe the beginning of this conversation

was about a fever in the liver. I found this information on another

list I belong to. If you would like more information you can email me

privately so we don't clutter the list up.

Culpepper also tells us of Almond butter,

saying:

'This kind of butter is made of Almonds with sugar and

rose-water, which being eaten with violets is very

wholesome and commodious for students, for it

rejoiceth the heart and comforteth the brain, and

qualifieth the heat of the liver.'

This is just a small bit of the information but I thought it said it

best.

Blessings of Love,

Gaiane
