Guest guest
Hi All I resonate with those who sometimes say that they don't feel as if much is happening. Sometimes I seem to be timing a mantra - "how much longer..." In these cases I have have found it helpful to listen to the sound and vibarations of the mantra. Sometimes I have found experimenting doing slightly slower or softer has helped me get more into the sound. Recently I was very involved with a problem. My brain would not let it go. I would go to bed thinking about it and I would wake up thinking about it. I thought about doing the meditation for unwanted thoughts - but I had reservations "I want this thought , I want to resolve it" I did the meditation it was brilliant, it worked. I still could go back to the problem but I lost the need to have a continual internal dialogue which had been taking up all my energy making me very apathetic about doing anything else. I recommend this meditation for anyone who is lacking motivation or who is mentally overinvolved in something. Sat Nam Frances
Guest guest
Hi All, The meditation for unwanted thoughts sounds like a good one. Where could I find it? I have many unwanted thoughts and I need MOTIVATION most of all. I would appreciate any suggestions! Blessed Be Joe
