Guest guest
I have been meditating for many years and have been aware of the Kundalini energy. I often feel an intense movement of energy up my spine and out through my crown chakra. Sometimes this happens even when I am not meditating. Would it be better to hold the energy in or is this energy passing out of the crown a good thing? I seem to have some control of this and would like to know what's best. Thank you. Guest guest
Dear Kathleen, My understanding is that a turban (or headcover of some kind) helps a person hold onto and integrate this energy and allow it to serve the intuitive mind (3rd eye/browpoint). The first time I used a turban my 3rd eye buzzed for days and several times over the years this same buzz has happened. I know it's a good thing. I can't say much more except to make sure you are doing the emotional work. Allow that energy to integrate through every cell in your body in it's most subtle manifestations.
