Guest guest
Sat Nam to all. I just read Lesson about dieting and like in all diets sugar is a big NO-NO....Sweet'n low, equal and etc. is a bad substitute because of Aspartam.. Good news: SPLENDA...the best sugar without the bad stuff which the real sugar contents. We find it in Canada few years ago and was bringing it to the States. Now we have it here and even juce and soda made on Splenda. They have a website about it. My sister swears by Splenda and all her family is on it. So we could have a cake and eat it too. Bon Apetite Peace&Love. Nicole ===== My best regards. Make a great connection at Personals. http://personals.
Guest guest
Hold on a bit. I did a search for Splenda and I found this http://www.holisticmed.com/splenda/ There are other sweeteners that aren't harmful. Stevia being one of them. Guest guest
I have been using stevia powder for years now. I mainly use it in green tea. I make a pitcher at a time. It is excellent on helping to maintain a level bloodsugar level as well. there is one problem only though. over the past year I have had trouble finding it in its pure form,If it doesn't say 100 % I would refuse to buy it. beware that several brands out there are not pure stevia. they will add dextrose a type of sugar that is bad for us. Just something to keep in mind when buying. take care, melanie
