Guest guest
Sat Nam, > There is a meditation for "Making the Impossible Possible" Sounds like a great idea. The corrrect mantra is > Sa ta na ma > Ra ma da sa > Sa say so hung > > Am not familiar with the fingers thrown open part, though. Me either. Do it as you learned it or like Kirtan Kriya - sa ta na ma meditation. Sounds like it is working for you, so no need to find another version. But if I come across it I will let the list know. Yogi Bhajan has taught thousands of meditations. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
There is a meditation for "Making the Impossible Possible" It is done by touching each finger to the thumb and the mantra is: sa-ta-na-ma ra-sa-da-sa sa-so-say-hung The person who told it to me told me the above, each beat corresonds the alternately touching each finger-tip. But I seem to remember another one, where at the "say-hung" , fingers are thrown open. Hi Ellen, I learned this meditation from Ravi Singh's video "Yoga For Changing Women" and the mantra was a bit different: Sa ta na ma Ra ma da sa Sa say so hung Am not familiar with the fingers thrown open part, though.
