Good info on Honey. Honey is definitely heating. Maple syrup is a lot cooler.

On the subject of Ama, any experience in our life that leaves a residue can

contribute to Ama. One's fears and negative emotions about food, for instance,

can create more Ama than the food itself. Looking at milk...in India cows are

sacred, and milk from a happy cow in India is better than any store-bought milk

in this country.
