Guest guest Posted November 2, 2001 Report Share Posted November 2, 2001 hello group, hope everyone's doing greatin their own way.i just wanted to share my experince of practicing ky...i have been trying to do the silent meditation and tuning in .....but there's a problem. i cannot be regular...i always seem to to miss a day and break the cycle.but i must confess that the deep breathing with sat nam inhalation exhalation respectively lets me calm down and helps me focus better. i do it whenever my mind is agiyteted and full of unwanted thoughts...i think i am getting a hang of all this ...i just hope i could have control on my regularity....ant suggestions anyone... thankyou all so much.....i will be telling more about my experince in future...
